The terms, in plain words.

What we offer

Amise Therapy offers individual online therapy sessions of 50 minutes over video, and a free 30-minute consultation. We work under regular clinical supervision.

What we don't offer

We don't prescribe medication, give diagnoses, see anyone under 18, or provide couples therapy. We are not an emergency service. If you're in danger, call 112 or Tele-MANAS 14416, or see our emergency helplines.

Who can book

You must be 18 or over. The student price is for people currently studying. We take your word for it, and we ask you to be honest.

Booking and payment

You choose a therapist and a slot online, and pay your therapist directly by UPI. Your session is confirmed only after we've checked that the payment arrived, so please send the screenshot on WhatsApp.

Slots shown on the website aren't checked live. Occasionally a slot may already be taken. If so, we'll offer you another time.

Cancelling or rescheduling

If you need to cancel or move a session, message us on WhatsApp as early as you can, and we'll sort it out with you.

During sessions

Please join from a private place where you feel safe to talk. Sessions aren't recorded, by us or by you, without both sides agreeing. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your therapist may not be able to run the session.

Confidentiality

What you say stays between you and your therapist, except where we believe you or someone else is at serious risk of harm, or the law requires us to share it. See our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
