What students come to us with

Exams and academic stress

Marks, backlogs, the feeling of never doing enough, and the panic the night before.

Placements and career panic

Interviews, rejections, comparing yourself with your batch, and not knowing what you even want.

Family pressure

Expectations about marks, courses, careers and marriage, and the guilt that comes with pushing back.

Hostel life and loneliness

Homesickness, roommates, moving cities, and feeling alone in a crowded campus.

Relationships and friendships

Breakups, friendship fallouts, long distance, and the people you can't avoid in class.

Figuring out who you are

Identity, sexuality, and what you believe now that you're away from home.

Why we keep it affordable for students

When the three of us were in college, we pushed for students to have access to free therapy. Mental health support shouldn't depend on what your parents earn. The sliding scale is our way of keeping that promise.

You don't need a student ID. Pick the price that works for you, and if that changes during the semester, tell us.

Keeping therapy private

Living with family or in a hostel? Many of our clients take sessions with earphones on, from a terrace, a parked car or an empty classroom. Tell us what works for you, and we'll plan around it.

We never contact your family or college. What you say stays between you and your therapist.

Free options are worth knowing too

Many colleges have a free counselling cell, and it's a good place to start. Tele-MANAS (14416) is free and open 24×7 for anyone in India. We're here if you want someone outside your college, in your language, for the long run.

Who you'll talk to

All three of us see students. Pick one, or start with a free consultation and we'll suggest who fits.

Questions people ask

I'm under 18. Can I book?

We only see adults for now. If you're under 18, talk to a parent, a school counsellor or Tele-MANAS (14416), which supports young people too.

Will my parents find out?

Not from us. We never contact your family. Paying by UPI means your therapist's name shows up in your UPI app, so keep that in mind if someone else can see it.

Do I need a webcam?

A phone is enough. Sessions are video calls, and you can keep your camera off if that's easier at first.

Can I switch therapists if it doesn't click?

Yes. Fit matters, and we'll hand you over smoothly to one of the other two.

Ready when you are.
