Ami means us.
'Ami' means 'us' in Konkani, Esha's mother tongue, and it's where our name comes from. Esha offers sessions in Konkani, as well as English and Hindi.
Why we offer Konkani
Finding a therapist who speaks Konkani is hard. For many Konkani speakers, therapy has only ever been available in English, so the feelings that live in Konkani get left out.
Talking in your mother tongue can make it easier to say what you really mean, and to talk about family the way your family talks.
Wherever you are
Goa, Karnataka, Mumbai, the Gulf or anywhere else: sessions are online, so all you need is a phone and a private space.
How it works
Book a session with Esha and mention that you'd like to talk in Konkani. Sessions are 50 minutes on video. See prices.

Questions people ask
Can I switch between Konkani and English?
Yes. Most people mix languages, and that's completely fine. Use whatever words come naturally.
Does it cost more?
No. Same prices: students ₹350–750 on a sliding scale, working professionals ₹1,000 flat.
Can a family member who only speaks this language join?
Talk to your therapist about it first. Sessions are usually one-to-one, but family can sometimes join if it helps.
Ready when you are.
