Cancelling or rescheduling

Up to 48 hours before

You can cancel or reschedule your session without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Within 24 hours

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session incur a fee of 50% of the session charge.

Within 12 hours, or no-shows

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session, or failing to attend without prior notice (a no-show), incur the full session fee (100%).

Why we have this policy

This policy ensures that reserved appointment times are respected and allows other clients the opportunity to access available slots. Genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the therapist's discretion.
